Academic Journey is a nonprofit organization who mission is to help graduate from college, those students living in urban areas. Our mission is to ensure that urban students have equal access to all educational opportunities. We believe we can accomplish this by providing the appropriate educational programs and services that will meet the fundamental demands of students residing in urban areas. We believe that all students can succeed when given the right opportunity and are provided a nurturing learning environment.
We also believe that all students can become independent, self-directed, life-long learners. We strive to bring together students, parents, communities, and educational institutions in an attempt to assist our students in realizing their dreams, and continuing on their chosen path toward academic success.
